FTX’s former CEO Sam Bankman-Fried is reportedly expected to enter a plea of not guilty when he appears before the court on January 3rd.
SBF is expected to enter his plea on January 3rd, 2023.

After a tumultuous morning for FTX’s former CEO, it was confirmed that SBF agreed to a voluntary extradition to the US.
The Securities and Exchange Commission has charged Mr.Bankman-Fried of fraud.
Attorney General Ryan Pinder announced that the country is expecting the United States to request the extradition of Sam Bankman-Fried.
Reportedly, Sam Bankman-Fried’s inner circle used a signal group called “Wirefraud” to discuss company operations.
SBF liked the idea of relaunching FTX and issuing new FTT tokens, saying it would be "a productive path for parties to explore."
