Digimax Partners with Entoro Capital for Broker-Dealer Collaboration

As of July 15th 2019, Digimaxannounced a partnership with Entoro Capital. The new deal will result in a collaboration to benefit each others’ clients in the issuance and management of regulated digital assets such as security tokens.
The Partnership Between Entoro and Digimax Explained
Entoro is an investment bank and member of FINRA. The firm also assists in the regulatory compliance of offerings including both US and non-US investors.
Digimax is a Canadian-based company which helps with the issuance of securities, to include security tokens.
Now, Digimax has entered into a broker-dealer collaboration agreement with Entoro.
According to DigiMax CEO Chris Carl, the partnership will result in a mutual collaboration designed to benefit clients:

We believe that Entoro is the definitive leader in providing proper advisory services for issuers of digital securities in the United States and this is the kind of highly diligent and compliance-oriented company that DigiMax seeks to partner with. We believe there are many synergies to be gained for each of our companies from this formal collaboration with most of these benefits accruing to our clients.”
Entoro Capital Managing Partner James C. Row said,

Entoro is currently pursuing an Alternative Trading System (ATS) and is working towards offering a broker-dealer service with technical solutions.
If approved by the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), an ATS would enable Entoro to legally facilitate the trading of digital assets such as security tokens.
In this case, Entoro would join the likes of tZERO and OpenFinance Network in operating an ATS.
