Verizon Outlines Growth Strategy and Financial Targets for 2026

Looking ahead, Verizon has provided an optimistic outlook for 2026, buoyed by the recent acquisition of Frontier. The company expects total retail postpaid phone net additions to range from 750,000 to 1.0 million, which would represent a significant increase from 2025 levels. This growth is anticipated to drive a 2.0 percent to 3.0 percent rise in total mobility and broadband service revenue, equating to approximately $93 billion.

Verizon’s guidance also includes an adjusted EPS forecast of $4.90 to $4.95, indicating a year-over-year growth of 4.0 percent to 5.0 percent. The company aims to achieve cash flow from operations between $37.5 billion and $38.0 billion, alongside capital expenditures of $16.0 billion to $16.5 billion. These investments will support Verizon’s continued network excellence and expansion of its fiber footprint.

The strategic acquisition of Frontier is a cornerstone of Verizon’s growth strategy, expanding its fiber access to over 30 million homes and businesses. This move aligns with Verizon’s goal to enhance its national mobility and broadband convergence strategy. Additionally, the modernization of its Mobile Virtual Network Operator agreement with Charter and Comcast is expected to bolster profitable growth, reinforcing Verizon’s premier wireless network capabilities.
